CHC as a property and development company is promoted by Institutional Investors with a core mission to provide affordable housing and real estate investment opportunities to all Nigerians. CHC is a Holding Company through which projects that require individual funding are initiated. We secure funding from the capital market, equity investors and regulated organizations. We are focused on the development of 100,000 residential properties over the next 5 years by acting as a catalyst targeting areas across the housing value chain.
