meQasa

meQasa is a property listings website focused on Ghana. Its About us page says it helps people find residential and commercial property to rent or buy in the country. It works with brokers, owners and tenants, and puts prospective tenants in touch with owners or their representatives.

Sections visible on the site as of 29 October 2026:

• Homes: houses, apartments, townhouses and guest houses, for rent (including short lease) or for sale.
• Land: for sale and for rent.
• Commercial space: offices, warehouses, shops and retail space.
• New developments: "New Units" and "Developments" sections, plus a list of featured developers.
• Agent directory, property alerts, a mobile app and a blog.

Listings are grouped into six regions: Greater Accra, Western, Ashanti, Central, Northern and Eastern. The homepage states over 40,000 listed properties, over 230 developers and over 2,500 agents; these figures are self-reported by meQasa. In November 2017, the Ghanaian press reported that meQasa had acquired Jumia House Ghana.
