LHLDC is a public company created in 1988 by the merger of the Lesotho Housing Corporation and the Low‑income Housing Corporation. It develops modern residential and commercial estates that are fully equipped with water, electricity, sanitation and roads. It offers properties for sale or rent mainly in Maseru and other districts of Lesotho. Its PDC (Property Development Corporation) department is responsible for developing new real‑estate projects.
