About
Lilaga House was founded in 2003 to address urban development challenges in Malawi. It has facilitated the construction of 1,500 houses and acquired over 300 hectares of land for future subdivision. To date, more than 500 plots have been sold to middle‑class families to create the new Acacia suburb. Its core activity is purchasing, consolidating, and subdividing land to deliver affordable housing.
