JJP Group of Companies, founded in 1994, invests, builds, owns, and manages student residences under the Varsity Lodges brand. The group also develops the MyStudent management software and includes five activities: investment, construction (Pro Africa Construction), management (MyStudent), software development (HiveCo), and investment (AAA Invest). Since its inception, it has built over 10,000 student beds and currently manages 2,361 beds with a 97.5% occupancy rate.
