ICON Properties is a real‑estate investment company incorporated in Malawi on 4 June 2018. It develops real‑estate projects for its own account and for third‑party investors. The company owns and manages more than 35 properties, including shopping centres, offices and residences. It is part of the NICO group and was converted into a public company in November 2018 with the intention of listing on the Malawi Stock Exchange. Its portfolio includes major assets such as Lilongwe City Mall and Kang’ombe House.
