Espace Diobass is a private affordable housing program developed by the promoter EFT in partnership with the State of Senegal. The project is located in Sangué, near the roundabout at the Thiès Sud exit of the A2 highway, five minutes from the city of Thiès. Groupe Espace, present in the Senegalese market for over twenty years, has built and delivered more than two thousand apartments.
