About
Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) is a fully commercialised agency of the Enugu State Government. It is responsible for implementing the state's housing policy for all population groups. The board of directors, appointed by the government, brings together seasoned professionals from housing, business and related sectors. The eight‑member board and the management committee handle policy formation and day‑to‑day operations as provided for in the corporation’s law and directed by the Governor.
