About
Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) is a public agency that provides affordable housing and supportive services in Tulsa. Its Development and Construction team recapitalizes 3,000 housing units, converts the portfolio under the Rental Assistance Demonstration program, and builds new units at River West and 36N. THA partners with private developers and financing partners to deliver affordable and market‑rate housing. Since 2019, over 300 units have been renovated and more than 800 units are under construction or planned, and community programs such as Family Self‑Sufficiency and micro‑grants are also run.
