CoinAfrique Cameroun is the Cameroonian version of CoinAfrique, a classifieds service the company describes on its own site as a free app launched in May 2015 on the Play Store, run from a hub in Dakar with an office opened in Douala in late 2018 (https://www.coinafrique.com/apropos-coinafrique/). Cameroon is among the countries listed on the coinafrique.com home page. The property section sits at cm.coinafrique.com, often searched as "coin afrique cameroun".
As checked on 16 September 2026, the Cameroonian property page splits listings into sub-categories: villas, land (terrains), apartments, buildings, offices and shops, rooms, furnished apartments, holiday homes, farmland, farms and orchards (https://cm.coinafrique.com/categorie/immobilier). The filters offered that day are:
- Ville (city) and Quartier (neighbourhood), as drop-down lists of Cameroonian locations;
- Type d'offre (offer type): Vente (sale), Location (rent), Colocation (flatshare);
