About
Bentel Group was founded in 1989 by brothers Aubrey and Selwyn Bentel. After an initial venture in catering, they began purchasing vacant land to redevelop into commercial properties. The group focuses on shopping centre development and owns more than fifteen sites, totaling roughly 308,000 m² of retail space. In 2022, it acquired the three President Square centres to continue its expansion.
