AlAhly Sabbour was founded in 1994 by engineer Hussein Sabbour. The company, one of the first engineering consultancy firms in Egypt, positions itself as a pioneer of the country's real‑estate revolution. It delivers integrated residential, commercial and tourism projects, emphasizing innovation, sustainability and the creation of self‑sufficient communities.
