SIC Investment Co-operative Society is an investment cooperative regulated by the State Department for Co-operatives under the Co-operatives Act. Since its founding in 2009, it has attracted more than 5,000 members from Safaricom PLC staff and the general public. It holds over 100 land projects across 14 counties and six housing projects in Nairobi, Kiambu, Machakos and Kajiado. The society has issued more than 5,000 title deeds and handed over 600 fully paid homes, while operating in real estate, private equity, e‑commerce, construction, listed securities and Sharia‑compliant investments.
